BART crews will be in the Transbay Tube to replace lights in the tube. The work will take place on July 19. Crews did similar work on two previous Sundays in April and June.The work will be for the entire day on Sunday, July 19, which will reduce our normal service from two tracks to one.

BART crews will be in the trackway near Fremont Station to replace an interlocking, which is a critical portion of the system that allows trains to safely move from one route to another. To ensure a safe workspace for the team, there will be no train service between Union City and Warm Springs/South Fremont on the following weekends:

BART is performing rail destressing on the Yellow Line in Contra Costa County. To create a safe work space for our crews, BART will reduce service from two tracks to one while the work is taking place. The work is scheduled to start at midnight and continue until BART service begins the next morning. Riders can anticipate delays of 20-25 minutes on work nights.
