Fuel Prices Remain Unchanged in September

The prices of diesel, petrol, octane and kerosene will remain unchanged in September. The Energy and Mineral Resources Division issued a gazette notification on Monday, setting the retail prices of petroleum products for the month. According to the notification, diesel will continue to sell at Tk 115 per litre, octane at Tk 145, petrol at Tk 140 and kerosene at Tk 135 per litre. Waste-to-Power Plant in Aminbazar: Electricity Tariff Set at Tk 25 per Unit

China will invest in establishing a waste-to-energy power plant in Aminbazar. A tripartite agreement on the project will be signed in Beijing on September 2.
