The Delhi High Court quashed criminal defamation proceedings against senior advocate Pinaki Misra. This decision came after finding insufficient material to prove reputational damage. The court noted the complainant did not present evidence from others. Misra had also denied giving the alleged interview to the publication. Therefore, the High Court set aside the summoning order and quashed the case.
A drive will begin against drivers without working Marathi knowledge. Notices will be issued, followed by license suspension if compliance is not met.
