West Bengal to get Malda clean plant facility, seed hub under new agriculture push

The Centre has announced a series of initiatives to strengthen agriculture and rural development in West Bengal, including the establishment of a Clean Plant Facility in Malda, development of the state as the Seed Hub of Eastern India, and promotion of rice, maize and orchid value chains.
