Alpha registers lowest ever opening of YRF Spy Universe franchise

Alia bhatt & Bobby deol starrer Alpha produced under the banner of YRF has made an unwanted record of registering the lowest opener of Spy Universe. As per the trade analyst the movie has limited itself to single digit opening & raked up only 9 crores. Alpha marks a significant milestone for the YRF spy franchise as it becomes the first female-led action film within the cinematic universe that includes blockbuster titles like Pathaan, Ek Tha Tiger, and War.Alpha is directed by Shiv Rawail and continues the expansion of YRFs blockbuster spy universe. Bobby Deol portrays the primary antagonist. His character initially appear as a mentor to Bhatts character before eventually turning into her adversary. Cameo played by Hrithik Roshan appears forced and fails to save the day for the Alia & Sharvari.
