Police constable shoots himself with service rifle inside patrol van in Kalaburagi

A 30-year-old City Armed Reserve (CAR) police constable allegedly shot himself with a service rifle inside a stationary police patrolling vehicle at the busy Jagat Circle in Kalaburagi city on Tuesday night.
