Earthquake or glacial collapse? What triggered the catastrophic Nepal flash floods that left nearly 160 dead

The devastating flash floods that struck Nepal on Wednesday was caused by a 'glacial collapse' and a 'debris flow' that ultimately led to the disaster that left around 160 people dead , said the United States Geological Survey (USGS) on Thursday.
