HDFC Bank share price moves upward as CEO Jagdishan opts out of reappointment amid governance concerns

Shares of HDFC Bank gained nearly 3 per cent to their day's high of Rs 739.50 on the BSE on today after CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan decided not to seek another term.
