Cauvery water row: Protests intensify in Mandya over Tamil Nadu release

Farmers in Karnataka's Cauvery basin intensified protests on Thursday, opposing water release to Tamil Nadu. Protesters questioned the decision, citing low water levels in the KRS dam and drought conditions. Local leaders demanded a halt to water diversion and a legislative session to address the crisis.
