India and Canada will start bilateral investment treaty negotiations soon. Both nations will explore cross-border payment system collaborations and critical mineral partnerships. They aim to broaden the use of UPI in Canada through payment provider alliances. This dialogue builds on prior commitments to strengthen economic and financial cooperation.
