India get off to stellar start to second Test, Devdutt Padikkal's century keeps SL on their toes on day 1

The Indian team kicked off the second Test of the ongoing series between the two sides. The teams met at the Sinhalese Sports Club Ground, Colombo, from August 23rd, and the game began with India coming in to bat first after the toss. The side hoped to get off to a good start to the game.
