AIIMS and Harvard-trained gastro doctor Dr Saurabh Sethi shared a simple bad, good and great food guide for digestive health. He listed boba tea, sweetened soda, pineapple, breakfast cereal and sausages among the less favourable choices. Green tea, chamomile tea, pears, plain oatmeal and grilled fish ranked better, while unsweetened coffee, peppermint tea, melons, oats with chia and chickpeas were his top choices.
