Mumbai: 20-year-old arrested in auto-rickshaw theft case, 4 vehicles recovered

Nirmal Nagar Police arrested 20-year-old Kartik Shivshankar Upadhyay for allegedly stealing auto-rickshaws in Mumbai. Police recovered four stolen vehicles worth around Rs 3.34 lakh and found his alleged involvement in 14 theft cases registered across three police stations
