Boeing test of found no abnormality in Dreamliner fuel switch, Rajya Sabha told

Boeing's examination found no fault with the 787 Dreamliner fuel control switch. Air India pilots had reported a potential issue after a recent flight. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation directed testing of the mechanism at Boeing's facility. While no abnormality was observed, further inspection of the thrust control module is ongoing. The government stated that incorrect handling by pilots caused the switch to move previously.
